Only got half of my money back and out or that I paid for return shipping. This company doesn’t want return business! Buy from someone else!
Made an order online through the website. When order arrived it was incomplete due to backorder. I was never notified when placing the order or when it shipped. When I asked about the back order items they responded by refunding the items price. I did not receive anything back on the excessive shipping they charged. Now I'm out a weeks time on my repair, have no fittings and had to order through someone else. Poor communication and very lacking customer service.
Get selection of stainless and steel fittings. Lots of hose in stock. I havn't found another place in Denver with this selection and service!
