Highly Incompetent Dropped off one relatively simple hydraulic line to be made as per sample and drawing. Was called to confirm the details of the line 4 days later. Technician had details wrong over the phone so I reiterated the drawing and sample and asked to manufacture again according to both. Horrible customer service in the hose department…. I would never spend another dollar there.
Arrived at store before closing but was refused service due to employee “turning off computer”. Another person came in right after me and they were serviced and I was told “it was a special thing”. This isn’t ok. I have a truck sitting waiting on a part. And because I’m not “special” I wasn’t able to be serviced by your store within your opening hours. -AMT
They can repair anything hydraulic!
Waste of time and money. Took a cylinder to them twice leaked both times I got it back. Don't waste your time or money
