We have had the worst customer service @ this business. Donnie the worker in the back has been rude to us 2x. The 1st time it was reported to the main office. They gave an apology and said they would talk to him. Today Donnie was rude to my husband, cussing and fussing & even came out of the building and ran up on him aggressively, while he was talking to the manager Greg upfront. Highly Incompetent Dropped off one relatively simple hydraulic line to be made as per sample and drawing. Was called to confirm the details of the line 4 days later. Technician had details wrong over the phone so I reiterated the drawing and sample and asked to manufacture again according to both. One week and 3 days after the initial drop off I was called stating the line was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, the one and only line was not ready. Arrived at store before closing but was refused service due to employee “turning off computer”. Another person came in right after me and they were serviced and I was told “it was a special thing”. This isn’t ok. I have a truck sitting waiting on a part. And because I’m not “special” I wasn’t able to be serviced by your store within your opening hours. -AMT
