Dropped my cylinders off 4-2-26 and was told they would be done in a couple days. After multiple calls that were unanswered, I finally spoke with a nice guy on the phone that said they didnt have anyone to work on them and he didnt know how. They had one fired, one quit, and one in the hospital. On 4-14-26 I picked up my cylinders and going to have to take them somewhere else. This place used to be my go to, but lately they don't have anything in stock that they used to keep and today I left to go to NAPA and get a hose made because the poor kid was on his 3rd day working there and had no idea what he was doing and no manager there to help him
McCaw hydraulics is the only place I trust taking my hydraulic cylinders. I actually thought I could rebuild my first cylinder and was in over my head. So I brought my cylinder in and they were able to get me fixed up. They actually showed me the cause of the problem. Which was a bent rod which they were able to straighten. While I was there I actually told them about a bracket that had broken on my machine that had been discontinued and they had me bring it in when I came back to pickup my cylinder.
