Was in the area on a service call and had a loose glad nut on a cylinder. The man was not able to get it in the shop As a walk in due to his already committed service schedule. He was nice enough to lend me the tool used to tighten the gland nut on the spot. Even thought he couldn’t get me into ship rotation he still put forth the effort to help me out of a jam!
The driver for this company and a green Chevy pickup truck drives Reckless and tries to run people off the road I reported this to the company they hung up the phone the driver then calls me the following day track me call me a coward over the phone so the management gave him my phone
I recently contracted this company to rebuild two tilt pistons off my 1987 Case 455c. The pistons suffered from minor weeping at the end seals and I thought it prudent to have the cylinders completely rebuilt. Due to a busy schedule I had my father drop off and pickup the pistons after a phone discussion with the owners. When picking up the pistons we were surprised to find the invoice for work was almost twice the discussed amount.
