my valve selenoid went out on 02 international tow truck , i struggle for a few hours trying to locate my part .(20 years old) after talking whit mister GLEN WARD he find the part located out state and brought that to me on the next day, i was so impressed by the efficiency and the process that i highly recommend this place when you want you rig to be back on the road , thanks guys .
Glenn over here is top notch. I called him up with a pretty odd and unique part that I needed and he took the time to figure out what I needed, got a lead on it for me, gave me a great price, and treated me awesome. There is literally nothing else you can ask for and it's becoming rarer these days, but businesses and employees of this caliber are out there if you know where to look and you in-turn treat them well too. Will be hitting these guys up again.
These guys are awesome. I have a small kubota and periodically need a replacement hose that is hardly worth their time. They treat me like a run a fleet of heavy equipment and entertain all my stupid questions. Highly recommend them.
Stopped in with a relatively small job in comparison to their normal workload. I had an urgent need for a pump motor that unexpectedly quit on me right before I needed it most. Jason, a lead technician was quick to lend a hand, his knowledge, and tools to get me fixed right up. These great know what they’re doing, will definitely take care of you and treat you fair.
Made a purchase at hydraulic controls on June 1st. There was some confusion on what I needed and I ended paying for the whole order even know I didn't take all of the parts, expecting a refund. I have made multiple phone calls on getting my refund and they always say I'll do it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes till the weeks later and I have yet to see a refund. I'm not sure at what point this becomes theft. But it sure is feeling like it.
