After a busy few months of travel and activities, we were needing a hydration pick-me-up. Ann and Alexis were great! My favorite is the Myers cocktail IV with incredible b vitamins, calcium, magnesium, vitamin c and zinc. I add lysine. It’s a huge immunity boost and helps fuel my energy. Thank you!!
