Luke and the team at Hydra Spa Pakenham are absolute legends! They went above and beyond to complete an extremely difficult spa relocation from Mernda to Pakenham. Then when it was all done, Luke was so patient to help explain spa chemicals with us. The whole team is lovely, Pauline was so kind and helpful when we initially made the booking. Thanks so much guys =) On a side note, it was very cool to watch the process of a spa being delivered!
Get my water tested here all The time, always good with chemicals etc but special mention today to Richard legend help me out with a return I didn’t have the receipt for ( still in packaging) no fuss just good service. Legends

Very efficient and friendly on the phone. Needed my spa drained and serviced, and Ian had Luke out here the same day. Luke is very knowledgeable and personable and I highly recommend using their services.
