Great service. We are moving house and Hydra Spa are collecting and storing our spa until after we move then deliver when we have moved in, has taken a lot of stress out of the move. Great communication with Pauline from the start. Had Luke come out this morning to collect spa, very friendly and did an amazing job, was a bit of a complex move but he managed to carry it out, would like to thank Luke once again for an amazing job. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Luke and the team at Hydra Spa Pakenham are absolute legends! They went above and beyond to complete an extremely difficult spa relocation from Mernda to Pakenham. Then when it was all done, Luke was so patient to help explain spa chemicals with us. The whole team is lovely, Pauline was so kind and helpful when we initially made the booking. Thanks so much guys =) On a side note, it was very cool to watch the process of a spa being delivered!
Get my water tested here all The time, always good with chemicals etc but special mention today to Richard legend help me out with a return I didn’t have the receipt for ( still in packaging) no fuss just good service. Legends
