My last experience at this location was not inviting. I came in to get my normal b12 injections weekly. I didn’t even really get the chance to sit down and relax. They rushed my service and rushed me out like I was an inconvenience to them as they were watching tv before I came in. I’ve had a membership with Hydralive for the past 3 months, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill recently. Over the last 3 weeks, I’ve repeatedly found the location closed during posted business hours, or unavailable due to no nurses being on-site. It’s frustrating to plan visits around their schedule only to arrive and find no one there. Had such a great experience at Hydralive Therapy! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit was easy and stress‑free. The space was clean and relaxing and I left feeling great. Highly recommend!
