The Hydra Tech team is fantastic! We had a broken water main to our medical manufacturing facility. Within 2 hours we had a full crew mobilized to our facility. Lori helped with an estimate, COI, W-9 and great communication. Brendan managed the team and machine deployment, backfill materials, and strategic thinking to bring in a larger excavator as we realized the pipe was deeper than expected - turned out to be 13' down! Our main water service from the street failed this February. We called and spoke to Lori who was professional and kind throughout the whole process. Nick arrived in the afternoon we called, quickly diagnosed the issue and said someone would be in contact tomorrow. Lori called late that night to see if we they could come the next day between 0730-0800, and they arrived with a crew at 0800 exactly. It was 10° out and they stayed till 0100 the next morning.
