Poor customer service after purchase I bought 3 cosmedix products costing 146 usd online from Hydraskincare. Since then I have emailed them over 3 occasions to check the shipping status. It's been over a week now and they have not managed to come back to me with a satisfactory response. Very worrying. Great price but I would not consider purchasing from them again. I'll give them a week more to sort this out. If they don't I'll report to the credit card company and request for a full refund.
