Tony and the team at Hydra service are fantastic! I was purchasing a home and the grinder pump to sewer system had an issue that the septic company discovered and recommended Hydra Service. Tony evaluated the problem, presented me with different repair options with different budgets, and ultimately for piece of mind I opted to replace the whole system based off of his detailed explanation on what the future could hold. This company are CROOKS!!! Their "SERVICE CALL" consists of charging the customer LABOR CHARGES @ $125 per hour for their Tech's DRIVE TIME, plus MILEAGE @ $1.25 per mile. I live 52 miles from the Warrior shop. I have had to call them out twice since February. Both times, I was charged $250 just for the Tech to DRIVE to my residence and back to the shop, plus $81 for Mileage both ways... For a total of $662 In Drive Time & Mileage.
