I recently had a hydra pool liner installed in our new pool by highly experienced competent group of people. I watched very closely as they took every precaution. As they unrolled it and several people carefully walked it to toward shallow end. Suddenly one of the workers at the deep end who was steadying and letting it out noticed a large hole. I purchased an inground safety heavy-duty cover with (10) years warranty. After (3) years the seams have started to separate, and the material starts to disintegrate. after filling a warranty claim they said it's not covered under warranty.... (cheap material and poor craftsmanship are not covered under warranty)????? stay away from HydraPools covers.
Buyer beware Hydra Pools may make quality products but the will not respond to customers after the sale. Had a problem with new a liner purchased through Pool Warehouse 6 months ago. Pool Warehouse tells me to contact Hydra Pools does not respond. They have ignored 4 emails and 2 calls simply asking for advice... I am left with no choice but to assume the liner was defective and seek legal recourse.
Horrible customer service, purchased pool kit from pool warehouse which in turn ships from Hydra Pools. Got my delivery and signed for the pallets i was supposed to get. Then after inventorying the items to the packing slip I discover I am missing the pool filter. Immediately call Pool warehouse to inform them and they continuously refuse to help saying you signed for it so order is complete and they will do no more. I am a pool installer and have delt with Hydra Pools for 12 years, their products are excellent quality and they stand ready to handle any problems and concerns, I highly recommend this company to all my customers and friends.
We recently purchased a liner from hydra pools through an online distributer, pool warehouse. We have tried multiple times to install the liner with no success. I contacted Pool Warehouse but they referred me to Hydra Pools. I sent pictures to the tech support and they have said there is nothing wrong with the liner and it was made for our pool. Great liners,when they build the right one. Terrible customer service. They never return calls or keep you on hold for 30-40 minutes. Promise to take care of problems,but ignore your concerns. Or simply make you buy another liner. In 35 yrs,I have never found a company so poorly run. I'd rather deal with the dmv. Buyer beware.
