This is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional repair service I have ever dealt with in my life. Jamie (GM?) were so crass, rude and ridiculously argumentative with everyone that it took everything I had to not stoop to his level. A fleet truck of ours was struck by an errant driver, and the primary repair was to replace the lift gate. Hydra Lift had my truck out of service for over 6 months (yes, 6 months).
