***Edited to include a picture. I would hardly say this is an entire tree on the roof. It is a branch, a dry one at that, that could’ve been easily removed by pushing it off the top of the roof. I made it very clear when booking that I had a lot of debris on the roof. Had you done what you stated on your website and done a pre-inspection of the job prior to this, we could’ve avoided this altogether. Bad experience with this company. Excellent service from start to finish. They cleaned my roof, gutters, and house siding, and everything looks great. The crew was professional, on time, and did a thorough job. Fair pricing, quality work, and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended. All while being watch.
