I cannot agree with the statement below. We have been using the T-25A produced in 1987 and have had excellent performance. We believe they manufacture products close to perfection. It has been four years since we started using the band saw, and I have had conversations with HYD-MECH experts every time. They have always explained things to the best of their ability. Purchased a new DM-10 band saw the Hydmech brand from years ago sold me but today the company quality is not there . The saw was ordered with a oiling unit showed up not installed , saw coolant tube pinched we had to fix that blade tensioner leaking at almost every joint spoke to service sent my sales rep (trick tools ) all photos etc a saw is new but Hyd Mech response fix yourself …. Only parts are under warranty! The warranty on paper is not worth anything that was with this saw it’s a New tool ! Waited 7 months from it as... read more
Do not believe their lies. They did not terminate our dealer relationship. I suggested I remove their items from my website. Not their decision. I couldn't remove their line of saws from website fast enough. I don't want to be associated with them. Not disappointed at all as they stated, which is a joke.. I received an order for their saw that I was paid in full for and sold at List Price. Not below list price as they stated. It is not true and a lie.
