I was calling from Sears in need of a Handy man to change out a few light bulbs and remove a few satellite dishes from the roof and the women who answers the phone hung up on me not once but twice before I could even tell her what my call was in regards too. I thought she was totally rude and would suggest not using them EVER just due to her Miss know it all attitude thinking I was trying to sell her something. YOU JUST LOST YOUR BOSS A GREAT JOB
