Really great place and employees! I went to one of those $30 oil change places that do a full check of your car for free (right before a holiday weekend) and left w a quote for $2400 worth of work that “needed to be done today for safety.” I called Hydes bc they were close to my house to get a second opinion and they told me to bring it in and they’ll look at it. Turns out I didn’t need half of the work the other place claimed I did, and they fixed the problems I did have for $300 less. This was all done within a few hours!!... read more

My first time at this shop was to plug a tire....they completely surprised me when they completely checked my car and I was very happy about that!!! They were kind and courteous... attentive and patient. A top notch automotive business! I HIGHLY recommend Hyde's Automotive!!!

I have been using Hyde's Auto since they opened in Hixson and have not been disappointed. I appreciate the integrity they operate in, the tramsparency in their work, very good communication, and work completed in a timely manner. I trust them to do what only needs to be done, give me a fair price, and have learned that if there is a mistake on their part, they own up to it and make it right. As single woman, that is very good to know, and it keeps me going back. Thank you Hyde's for excellent service.

I stopped by because a friend uses Hyde's and she loves them - so I stopped by and asked for a quote to get freon put in my mom's car. I discussed with my mom and she said okay so I called back made an appointment and had it done!!! So a couple of things - the quote they gave me was the price I paid, they were all very nice, they told me it would take under an hour & it was!!! I highly recommend Hyde's !!! Thank you I will be back for our family vehicles for other jobs if/when they arise!

I have had work performed on my 2 vehicles several times at Hyde's ranging from oil changes, new headlight assemblies, AC work, starter replaced and timing belt. Each time I am given an estimate and options along with a safety points inspection. Their prices are very reasonable and they warrant their work.
