Amazing service! So knowledgeable, friendly, fast and professional. I felt so comfortable asking questions. This will be the only shop taking care of our cars! It was the day of their Christmas lunch, and they still squeezed me in to keep me safe on the road.
These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I had a great experience at Hyde’s! They got me in quickly and pinpointed an issue that other shops couldn’t resolve. I really appreciate their timeliness and professionalism. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back in the future.
If you want an HONEST and RELIABLE mechanic shop, this is the place! As the daughter of a mechanic, my standards for an auto shop are high and I am pleased to say that Hyde’s met and even exceeded my expectations. We brought in a Subaru for an inspection before purchasing it and then brought it back for the repairs Hyde’s identified after purchase.
