He came to our house to look at a dryer that was not working. Not only did the dryer not get fixed, but he caused water to leak through the floor and ceiling into our downstairs bathroom. He ripped the dryer apart and did not even attempt to put it back together and then hit us with a bill for almost $200 for being there less than an hour. We were left to clean up the mess, with a dryer that still did not work, and a $200 bill.
