Very disappointing experience and I am surprised this place is still running. The service was extremely slow and inattentive, and the food quality was far below expectations. The Hyderabadi dishes tasted stale, as if they had been prepared long before being served. The food arrived cold, lacked freshness, and the flavors were not authentic or up to the mark. Considering the reputation of Hyderabadi cuisine, this was a major letdown.

Very disappointing experience and unnecessary wait times. The Hyderabadi food was tasteless, stale, and nowhere close to authentic. The flavors were missing completely, and several dishes tasted like they had been sitting around for far too long before being served. Customer service was equally bad. Instead of listening to feedback and trying to improve, the staff and management seemed more interested in defending themselves or making excuses for everything. We recently dined at Hyderabad House in Villa Park. Soon as we walked in first thing we noticed was how clean and inviting the restaurant is, their staff is friendly and kind. We had their Fish Fry and Tandoori Chicken. Fish fry was amazingly seasoned, well balanced taste, fantastic dish. Their tandoori chicken also well seasoned, juicy, and very flavorful. We had an amazing dinner experience and can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can experience dining at their out door patio.
