I used to really enjoy eating here, but unfortunately, it feels like this restaurant has lost its touch lately. Manchow Soup, which was quite good where its same everywhere, However, the rest of the food fell short. The Konaseema kodi Vepudu was very disappointing—it tasted completely off and did not feel fresh at all. As for the Chicken Dum Biryani, it had a very different, unexpected taste. The food is fine, but the service and attitude are very disappointing. We clearly placed our order, but they failed to note it properly and brought the wrong item. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they questioned us and insisted that we had ordered incorrectly. Mistakes can happen, but blaming the customer instead of handling the situation professionally is unacceptable. Good food alone does not make up for poor service and attitude.
Visited Hyderabad cafe Suwanee today for lunch with my family of 14 people and the food and service was amazing Special thanks to Alekhya and Vijay for taking care of my family. We come from Chattanooga for the third time and everytime it keeps getting better
The food was a big hit at Ganpati celebration! Everyone enjoyed it, Great taste, fresh preparation, and excellent quality.
