I am a regular customer and I always order chicken boneless biriyani from your restaurant. This time, I found something extremely disturbing in the biriyani. I immediately called and even sent pictures as proof. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, I was told to drive 25 minutes to return the biriyani. Why should I waste my time, fuel, and money for your mistake? What made this worse was the attitude.
