Got a unit here when it was still Hyde storage when pro storage took over they changed the hours so it wasnt 24hrs anymore and the hours dont even match when they have the gate set to work the past 2 times ive been to get something for my unit the gate wont open no matter how close you get to it trying to leave, we've had to jump the fence and put in our code again on the outside. And dont bother trying to call their office for any reason they wont answer. Very poor service.
