Their products are great, really great! But unfortunately their customer service is almost non existent. It’s really sad, because they have good stuff. Will surely buy from P-tech next time.
Customer service is the worst possible! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Several unanswered emails and wont return calls. I have no Idea where my order is.
I love my Hyde products! Indestructible skid plate, and I even got BANNED from KTM talk for mentioning Hyde in a post! Bonus! Screw em I say. Mark Hyde was one of my heroes as a kid, happy to use products that bear his name.
Hopeless , first of all sent the wrong part which was a clutch cover ( honest mistake ). They said they would send one straight away, it didn't happen after sending emails which no one would respond to and no return of phone calls. Eventually when I did speak to Jay he couldn't care less about my part not at all helpful just a smart ass. The new part did show 6 weeks later it's has defects all over it and doesn't fit. So I will have to modify it so I can use my rear brakes , good job Jay.
Get there stuff iits the best and I can't believe how long its lasts and especially when you ride the stuff I do I will never again go with aluminum skid plates again thanks guys for this great product
