The people at Hyde have truly changed my life. From the time that I walked into the office, I could tell that the staff were truly compassionate about my needs. Abbey is always so welcoming, both in person or via calls. Todd has truly been a Godsend in my amputation journey. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable when it comes to my prosthetic needs. Hyde has truly been invaluable in helping me to regain my independence.
Abby is a super ,friendly & helpful young lady. Great personality. Jim was so good even going out of his way to help with my questions. I actually learned some things from him I didn't realize about my feet. Super place to be taken care of!
My experience with Hyde has been amazing! Abby (office manager) is super sweet and considerate and my insoles seem perfect!
Terry Thompson is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond for his patients! I love the fact that this company comes to my son's school to fit him for orthotics. Terry responds to my text, emails and calls all hours of the day and even on weekends. You can tell he loves his job! My son Christian is walking so much better since Terry and the crew at Hyde came into our lives! Thank you so much for helping my son!
