She inflates her hours and is not worth her services. I have done evictions on my own many times and feel I would have been better off even if her services were free. - She charged me $2306.54 for my first tier event. - Said event had two reschedules, I told her it is usually done on Zoom. We went to Worcester for nothing but she also charged me 2 hours and 18 minutes for it. It does not take an hour from Shirley to Worcester. Fran was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and responsive when I worked with her. She helped make a difficult process easier by walking me through every step and answering the multitude of questions I had for her. I would highly recommend Francine for family legal representation. Francine took the time to listen and was very empathetic. She is honest and professional. She put the stress at ease.
