Wow! Reception staff had me on a cancellation list for today and I was lucky enough to get in to see Joanne Lewis. I am more than impressed. Her professionalism and obvious dedication to patients is outstanding. Joanne listened, acknowledged, explained so I could understand and I left feeling I can do this rather than I could give up (breathing compromised from influenza A). As I left she told me to go home with my medication, read a book and rest and " don't go cleaning out cupboards" ( how she knew my plans I had no idea) ... read more
I highly recommend Hyde & Partners. I rang the Surgery today with a medical concern I was immediately given an appointment that morning. I was seen by Dr Lachlan Clarke I found Doctor Clarke to be very friendly and attended to all my concerns. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Clarke.
Great place nice doctors , very busy hard to get appt , and very pricey
Can’t get hold of anyone when anyone rings goes to message bank it’s been like this since this morning
Really frustrating and long process to get an appt by phone call. On hold for over 20 mins just to try and get flu jab appt. Hotdocs would be great but they want payment up front.
