Unless you want to be harassed, bullied and falsely accused of things then look no further this is the place for you!! I moved in January 2024 and was shocked when I got the keys and how the apartment smelled and looked, it was absolutely disgusting but I was grateful at the time to call it home. I honestly have nothing bad to say. It’s quiet for apartment living. I like the area. I’ve never had issues with staff here. Every one of my calls has been answered or returned the next day. I plan on staying here as long as I can!

Hyde park west is the most stressfull place I've every lived. Managment is incompetent to do their jobs, nothing is done on time, I'm gonna guess because managment doesn't like to show up for the scheduled appointment, then blames you for not showing up, but swears they were in the office. You better take pictures of your rent money orders and document everything! If you live at Hyde park west, grow a pair and start complaining, nothing will ever change if you don't say anything.
