I got my car washed here Sunday afternoon, and when it came out of the wash, the rim of my wheel well was bent and hanging off the car. I immediately pulled over to speak to someone from the gas station. I fully expected them to take responsibility. Instead, I spoke to three different employees who insisted they wash over 100 cars a day without damage and even tried to point to an unrelated scratch from two years ago. I paid $10 for the best wash but something was wrong - it wouldn't automatically move my car forward and I don't think it did the full cycle, it definitely didn't get completely clean (especially the back of the car). I won't be back, waste of money
Small location isn’t the issue — the real problem is the wash. My car was not cleaned properly and still had dirt and missed areas after the service.
Quick car wash and the guy at the end that wipes it off.
