Found this shop on CarShield app. Read the reviews about the disgruntled boss and said im ok with it cus sometimes old mechanics be mechanicin'...its Boston🤷🏿‍♂️. Welp, they get 1 genuine star for the 1st gentleman I spoke with on the phone. I explained my situation to him, told him I need the brakes looked at to make sure theres nothing else going on. I called on 2/22 at 8:10am to ask if your shop offers oil changes. The person I spoke with asked for my car’s make and model, and after providing the information and mentioning that I already had the oil I wanted to use, I asked for a price estimate. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive, and the person abruptly told me to do it myself before hanging up. I was really disappointed by this interaction, as it didn’t reflect the level of customer service I was expecting.

Exceptional service time and time again. Was in dire need of an oil change, called Tom. He told me he could get me in the next morning at 8:15am. Quick 20-30 minute oil change and was right on my way. Do not just show up and demand service, call ahead and he will give you availability. Reading these reviews its so many people who show up and demand service. If you can show me one garage you just pull up to, that provides equal, top tier work. I’d love to know. I have been a long time customer and I can't say enough about Tommy and the crew. I have complete trust in the shop, they don't nickel or dime and provide different options . They never upcharge and do fast quality service. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust .

I lived down the street from him for years. Naturally I took my car to him numerous times. That man helped me and my family for numerous years. Always went above and beyond for me and my wife. If there is any place I could trust it was always Tom. Great business. And always great to me.
