nothing better than honest Mechanics 2wice i went with issues i thought were bigger 1 was i thought an altenator i just installed battery wrong and recently windshield wiper hose i thought had a whole and it just came out. they are legit lol but busy l. and extremely honest def a go to.

Found this shop on CarShield app. Read the reviews about the disgruntled boss and said im ok with it cus sometimes old mechanics be mechanicin'...its Boston🤷🏿♂️. Welp, they get 1 genuine star for the 1st gentleman I spoke with on the phone. I explained my situation to him, told him I need the brakes looked at to make sure theres nothing else going on. I called on 2/22 at 8:10am to ask if your shop offers oil changes. The person I spoke with asked for my car’s make and model, and after providing the information and mentioning that I already had the oil I wanted to use, I asked for a price estimate. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive, and the person abruptly told me to do it myself before hanging up. I was really disappointed by this interaction, as it didn’t reflect the level of customer service I was expecting.
Exceptional service time and time again. Was in dire need of an oil change, called Tom. He told me he could get me in the next morning at 8:15am. Quick 20-30 minute oil change and was right on my way. Do not just show up and demand service, call ahead and he will give you availability. Reading these reviews its so many people who show up and demand service. If you can show me one garage you just pull up to, that provides equal, top tier work. I’d love to know.
