Office is very organized, staff is pleasant & efficient. The technician Keith was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail. He is very personable and caring.
Terrible service. Made an appointment for Sat. Website says they are closed. No one answer the phone for confirmation. No one called to confirm appointment.

Avoid this place as they will cancel if you are 5 minutes late (despite holding for 20 minutes to inform them of a traffic delay). Waited months for that?!? Save yourself the headache and go to MRI Associates right down the street (walked in and they took us with no questions asked/no appointment). They get 10 stars!!
