This is by far the worst run medical practice I have ever encountered, and I’ve lived in 4 different cities and am 77 yrs old, so I’ve interacted with quite a few. Whoever runs this organization obviously doesn’t care because all the reviews of the administrative services are 1, and if it was possible, they would probably be zero. The doctors are good, but they must’ve heard from their patients how hard it is to make/get appointments and all of the mistakes and negligence that happen in this area.
