We went to the Flossmoor clinic. The appointment and office staff, Jazmine (remote) and Mia (in-person) are excellent. They are customer-friendly, responsive, appropriate, and timely with their responses. Dr. Arnett is an excellent clinician. She is patient/family-centered, is very efficient, is a great listener, and is comprehensive with her evaluation. She is open-minded and answers questions thoroughly and patiently. She is very good at meeting patient's needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Arnett and this office.
