I felt like my nails were being treated with complete disregard. The nail filing was incredibly rough and painful. Several times it felt like my natural nails and surrounding skin were being over-filed, causing significant discomfort. The staff were talking loudly amongst themselves instead of focusing on their customers. They don’t know how to speak English sadly. Lack of hygiene and village poor behaviour absolutely shocking. Kylie did my BIAB rebalance with added nail art. Absolutely gorgeous set!!
My first time here and I’m so disappointed and upset, especially because these nails were for my birthday. The nails on my whole left hand and right thumb were all wonky even though I flagged this with her. Another lady called Anna then took over and fixed them mostly, although I’ve now noticed the left thumb is wonky. The whole process took 2 hours. I never write reviews but this was the worst nail experience I’ve had, and I paid a lot of money for these for a special occasion and I’m very upset
I went to get a shellac removal and I had a girl called Ella. She was the most divine person. She was sweet, chatty and did an amazing job. 100% will be coming back! Thank you so much!!
