Have been coming here for years, but the last three appointments have been terrible. The first, my finger was cut and bled when she was filing. Second took over two hours to get SNS, including a break so she could attend to another client. Then she didn’t add an extra layer of clear as I requested, which damaged the glitter, and led to the nails breaking. Back now a week later to get two nails fixed, and have been sitting here for 30 mins with no one actually starting my appointment. Over it. Finding somewhere else to go to
