Reception lady staff who wear glasses is very rude. She doesn’t know how to respect people. I wanted to use work cover but she said “ how can I do without information “ even I told her my company name. And I asked her “ can you call my company n confirm with them “ and she was laughing. Also I made an appointment specific time but I had to wait for 1 hour. If I have to wait longer reception should tell me why I have to wait n how long. They didn’t care at all. I will never go there.
Reception staff VERY RUDEEEEEEE
Very disappointing experience. This medical center does not respect appointment times at all. It is common to wait up to an hour before being seen, even when the doctors do not appear to be busy during that time. Patients schedule appointments expecting timely care, but the long and unnecessary delays show a lack of respect for people’s time. I would not recommend this clinic if you expect appointments to be handled professionally and on schedule.
I visited this Medical Center recommended by my insurance. At the reception, the staff was truly kind. However, the visit with Dr. Michael Kim was disappointing. He didn't greet me or show me empathy. After explaining my symptoms (back pain, insomnia, taking paracetamol), his question was: "SO WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO?". I even suggest solutions myself. Very disappointing experience at this medical centre. We asked for the blood test price beforehand and were initially told it would cost around $47. However, when it was time to pay, the price suddenly changed to over $100, and we were later told we had to pay another extra fee just to get the results. The pricing was not transparent at all.
