This place is a mess, unorganized, and inefficient. First of all, the online portal that everyone on staff insists you get onto to communicate with them doesn’t work. I’ve called and the staff complains about the IT dept for not having it fixed. No one staff has been able to answer any of my questions about my follow ups. Nadia assisted me over the phone and was extremely helpful and kind. I would return to this location solely based on her help and demeanor.
Just left the Saturday clinic after Waiting an hour and not being seen for my appointment. It’s unacceptable that you think your time is more valuable than your patients. It costs nothing to call and tell us you’re running behind. On top of that when I came in the older blonde lady completely ignored me when I said hi to her.
Dr. Philip Murphy has brought this location a five star rating. He does his homework before he meets you and is very knowledgeable and is extremely kind.
I went here for a primary care visit, renewed a prescription for a condition I'd already been diagnosed for, and was later charged well beyond my copay due to a coding mistake that they refused to fix.
