Horrible ever since Ms Daniel left
This place must be run by the patients! They have a operator to answer phone and transfer for what reason? Nurses stations just rings and no option to leave voice mail. The director of nursing goes to voice mail and again useless to leave message no one returns calls. Can't even make sure patients get to important doctors appointments! Pathetic.. I will be filing a complaint with the state ASAP

This place deserves no stars, since they were bought again recently it really went downhill. The food was absolutely horrible, the care was hilarious the only good part was Heidi and the pt team they were amazing, we love Heidi but as far as the rest of the staff they were subpar Daisha, Martina and Danielle even Callie the ADON were all absolutely amazing. I would not send my mom back here EVER again. She had ants and spiders in her room they did nothing even after she got a spider bite on her back. That’s not including th... read more
