A relative sent flowers for our anniversary, Flowers arrived ok but the management of the shop was lying and dismissive lacking good communication and coordination skills! I am about supporting small businesses, However the point is I can't support a small business if they can't treat their customers right, it doesn't matter who pays for the flowers, it's is the timely delivery of the product without any hassles! I wish I could give them - 5 stars! Very horrible and poor business ownership/management skills!
I was disappointed with the flower arrangements for my husbands funeral I had a heart one made that was beautiful but two side vases were distasteful. The arrangement was usually $150 they said each for the pic I have shown with vase it is a picture of what i took out of the catalog. Not the actually arrangement I received so I asked if I could have them for $100 so instead of the seven roses it shows in pic for $150 I took from their catalog I got one rose each in my arrangements. Disappointed in the planter l received from this florist as a gift. Too small and lack luster for the price paid and the picture shown . It didn’t reflect the quality shown on the internet.They also were unwilling to rectify the situation . I wouldn’t recommend them .
This review is long overdue. My Mom passed away suddenly 7/30/2025. Hyde Park Florist did a wonderful job despite only a two day notice for the order. The casket spray as well as a special arrangement from her Grand dogs were just beautiful. Thank you for everything Rosemarie and the Mercadante family of Catherine Mercadante
I grew up in Hyde Park and Hyde Park Florist was always our go to , as my siblings all moved out of the area we continued to use them for my parents , My Mom recently passed away and we used Kathy and her staff for our flower arrangements . Per usual they were all just beautiful and done w such care that we know Mom was smiling down , Kathy thank you so much for years of beautiful flowers , you all are simply the best .
