I have been a patient of Dr.G’s for years! He is kind and thoughtful.He listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. The practice will work with you with a payment plan (if needed.) Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!
This was previously posted and removed - if it is removed again, I am contacting the BBB. If a patient chooses not to undertake a recommended treatment this DOES NOT INTERPRET to making a routine cleaning the most horrible experience ever. A duty to inform is reasonable and expected, however, this horrible experience was intentional and is unconscionable, shameful and has caused a great deal of stress. Be mindful of the impact of your unethical behavior on patients.
A duty to inform patients of options available to them for recommended treatment DOES NOT INTERPRET to making their routine hygienist visit the worst experience imaginable simply to emphasize the treatment option. Completely unwarranted - I am extremely disappointed - I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a hygienist.
