Awful customer service. Two appointments, one rearranged at the last minute and then the second where no one turned up. They seem to assume that we don’t work and so have multiple days available to sit around and wait for their installer. Would advise using anyone else and avoiding their appalling service.
Never turned up to fit a tracker. I called them and they said engineer arrived 8.15 and telephoned me. No call received. Turned out that had a different number. Why didn’t he just knock on my door? - Absolute clowns
Would not recommend this company - very poor service all round.
