Jenny was phenomenal over the phone. I had a recurring issue and she was an amazing help and always did her best for me. She’s truly a lovely individual and made the process a whole lot more bearable. Giles took over my case and kept his word to solve my issue - even staying significantly past business hours just to help out. Thanks Jenny for being so lovely and thanks Giles for going to such efforts!
NEVER let these cowboys anywhere near your car, had a tracker fitted and destroyed the ECU for my car costing me over £2,750.00 in damage because the had the wrong one and tried to modify it to fit and I was left 4 months with out a work van. Tried there best to blame me saying it was a flat battery and then a fuel pump relay issue and then stopped returning my calls and emails, the director just lies though his teeth all the time. Awful customer service. Two appointments, one rearranged at the last minute and then the second where no one turned up. They seem to assume that we don’t work and so have multiple days available to sit around and wait for their installer. Would advise using anyone else and avoiding their appalling service.
Never turned up to fit a tracker. I called them and they said engineer arrived 8.15 and telephoned me. No call received. Turned out that had a different number. Why didn’t he just knock on my door? - Absolute clowns
Would not recommend this company - very poor service all round.
