Comfortable, safe and well-maintained apartments with a diverse owner/tenant community in a privileged location in Arlington near supermarkets, the MedStar Capitals Iceplex, the Ballston Quarter Mall, restaurants, bars, parks, forest trails, top-notch schools and more.
Old building, everything appears dirty, management is terrible. My first day moving in, the man at the front desk gave us a hard time because we didn't reserve the loading dock via the app even though we called and confirmed weeks ahead. We never knew about the app prior to moving in. Communication wasn't easy on day 1 and it remained that way since. We also dealt with grumpy neighbors that didn't welcome us.
