Comfortable, safe and well-maintained apartments with a diverse owner/tenant community in a privileged location in Arlington near supermarkets, the MedStar Capitals Iceplex, the Ballston Quarter Mall, restaurants, bars, parks, forest trails, top-notch schools and more.
Old building, everything appears dirty, management is terrible. My first day moving in, the man at the front desk gave us a hard time because we didn't reserve the loading dock via the app even though we called and confirmed weeks ahead. We never knew about the app prior to moving in. Communication wasn't easy on day 1 and it remained that way since. We also dealt with grumpy neighbors that didn't welcome us. Old building, pipes leak, central heating & cooling. However, was the cheapest rent in area with water & sewage covered with always available parking spots. Left because of roaches 2nd floor. Management is horrid! Was told pest control comes every Tuesday, you will have to wait 5 days. When the dishwasher was leaking (only wile in use), they shut our water off until maintenance could fix it. We told them we would was the dishes in the sink but they responded with tenant agreement states water leaks mandate automatic shutoff.... read more
