The owner constantly changes his mind when deciding how to run their business, causing employees to abandon their positions because there are no set rules or regulations. The owner also does not provide set off days or legal breaks for employees which aides in employees never returning to work. They fail to use 'Caution Wet' signs around water puddles, so I've seen customers almost slip.
