Was told my dog needed immediate surgery and not doing so would be fatal. Was told to be there when the doors open the following day to be turned down for service because thw vet "didnt come in". Left in the parking lot with my dying dog and 8 year old I was able to sort through and call 15+ vets to get my dog in for surgery. Not much help from this place. Not much concern. All good. Luckily I was able to get it sorted without them!
I had a great experience at Hyde Park Animal Hospital while visiting for a wedding. As a veterinarian traveling with my two dogs, I needed laser treatments for their lameness issues, which worsened after a long car ride. The staff was incredibly accommodating and got us in right away. I truly appreciated the wonderful team they have; the LVT Kai and assistant Courtney were knowledgeable and made my dogs feel comfortable.
