Very disappointed with our experience. We repeatedly asked for an in-person meeting, but they only communicated through a chat service, which made it hard to get clear answers. They prepared a tax form we never requested and couldn’t explain why it was done. We also asked them to input our direct deposit info so our refund would go to our bank account—especially important since we're moving—but they didn’t follow through. I haven’t received my check stubs since last pay period of 2023 it’s now May.. I’ve worked for great clips almost 11 years. Tried for months to get this resolved.
I would highly recommend you going elsewhere if you are considering utilizing this CPA. Let me start: Dropped off my taxes for personal and business beginning of April. Mind you I have a bookkeeper as well so all the information is organized so not a whole lot of work with just filing the taxes portion. Deadline time came and CPA stated he filed an extension without consulting me first. I had to call at the end of April to even get that information.
