I have a lot of respect for Doctor Muqueem.
My experience with Dr. Muqeen and his office has been terrible. He consistently sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy for my autistic clients, even after multiple calls and messages asking for corrections. The front desk staff kept promising a zoom call for medication refills, but it never happened. When i finally spoke with the doctor he was unprofessional and said he could no longer continue care for my four clients. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I had to call this location 7 times before I was able to get anyone on the phone, when they finally called me back (after I’d already gotten the information I needed) they hung the phone up on me when I was still speaking .
