1.0 star rating My normal air man couldnt get out to my house and they requested hyde heating and cooling to come put freon in my central unit because it was freezing up . I am a single female and live alone. now all he was suppose to do was fill up with freon which is done on the outside unit. before he came my air was working but was just freezing up . Avoid this company!!!!!!. He came out to look at my air condition unit and completed render it unrepairable. Charles stated he could longer get parts for my unit because it has been discontinued. When I ask what is going to do he stated "I WILL KEEP LOOKING IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN OVER NIGHT". I asked what time frame before he purchase me a new unit. He stated "there is no time frame and he may never find one". Charles said I would just be without air until he can come across a unit sitting in a warehouse. My air condition... read more
