If you do business with this firm, deal directly with Ms. Amanto, she is professional. Do not deal business with Dominic Michini. We got a rotten deal from him. He would talk your ears off if you don't tell him to stop. I still think he conspired with the seller to screw us over no matter how he denied it afterwards. He even denied certain things seller presented when we were in the same room. Once the deal is signed and commission is paid, good luck dealing with the scum.
