Great workers. Very kind and very helpful was done within two hours
The crew that came to our property in Carlisle Iowa, the week of Sept. 12th-Sept. 15th, on Cleveland Street, were very professional. They replaced 3 different power poles and a transformer. They were very respectful of our property and answered any questions that my husband thought about asking! We are really pleased with the work that they did. Thanks to all of them!
Following a blizzard in Council Bluffs Iowa, these heroes from Michigan showed up to save the day and restore power to our dark and very cold home. A call to the professionals at MidAmerican Electric who took great notes helped both us seniors and our neighbors. Thanks again for these angels.
Showed up unannounced and helped themselves to my backyard with their utility truck. One of the four men in my yard additionally pulled his work truck up and completely blocked my exit to my driveway. They also kindly cut my power in below-freezing temps without notice, all while I’m trapped in the house with my sick child. Classy. I don’t think it’s asking a lot to suggest your employees make any attempt whatsoever to see if anyone’s home. Just showing up and doing whatever without explanation is incredibly violating.
