Following a blizzard in Council Bluffs Iowa, these heroes from Michigan showed up to save the day and restore power to our dark and very cold home. A call to the professionals at MidAmerican Electric who took great notes helped both us seniors and our neighbors. Thanks again for these angels.

Showed up unannounced and helped themselves to my backyard with their utility truck. One of the four men in my yard additionally pulled his work truck up and completely blocked my exit to my driveway. They also kindly cut my power in below-freezing temps without notice, all while I’m trapped in the house with my sick child. Classy. I don’t think it’s asking a lot to suggest your employees make any attempt whatsoever to see if anyone’s home. Just showing up and doing whatever without explanation is incredibly violating.

Your team was at my house today.Best team ever.They told me they would not leave until I had electric. They made me feel great.They worked hard and even apologized that I went so long without,when they have so much more to take care of and lots more houses.I can say that is why your company served 100 years. You take care of customers. THANK YOU.

Severed our Internet cable while doing construction nextdoor. We had to do all the work to get it fixed and will likely be charged by Xfinity to fix it in a week if we're lucky. We work from home and require an Internet connection to do work. The crew themselves said absolutely nothing to us. We had to call the company and they just said it was some other company's fault for marking it wrong.
