Prices seem rather very exorbitant for both 'General Premium Service' (essentially a glammed up log book service), and additional scheduled (km) servicing options. As an example: a mid sized car service was between $445-495, but additional 'optional' (km) service features totalled nearly several hundred extra!? Decided to go back to my other mechanics - who are much further out of the local area, but least incorporate the extras into the base price of $450 total vs over $700 this mob charge...and w/o the nonsense frills.
Couldn’t recommend Hycraft & the whole team any higher. Their communication, transparency of what needs to be done with different options to suit, flexibility and incredible customer service sets the standard. I couldn’t be more appreciative of them accommodating to ensure my car gets the love it needs and the drop off/pick up. My new go to mechanic where I know I will be looked after. I will be recommending to all family & friends!
I had my first service with Hycraft today and the team was incredible. As a teenage girl there’s always a fear of being ripped off or not being communicated with properly but Pam and Nathan were incredible at telling me exactly what they were doing and letting me know what will need to be done in the future. A huge thank you to the team at Hycraft for making this a much less daunting experience :)
Booked in to have my from brakes replaced. Didn’t expect them to vacuum my car’s interior, and left a thoughtful gift in the car! Great, friendly service and perform quality work! Found my new mechanic!
We just had our car serviced here for the first time. Excellent experience, fantastic communication, and well priced. We will never go back to a dealership service again.
