We have used a couple other providers in the past but never really felt like my little guy was making progress. His behaviors are complicated and he has his moods :) I must say we finally found a home at Hybridge! The staff are caring and dedicated. They took the time to figure out who my son is and have put in the work to help him develop his skills. We are on the right path now!
My son has received care at this center for a year now. He has shown so much progress and I couldn’t be happier with the supportive and loving team that works with him. We feel so lucky and thankful to have this agency helping us and constantly there to answer any/all questions along the way. Thank you hybridge!
Hybridge has been absolutely wonderful for us. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and how hard they work to help my son and my family everyday! Thank you! Keep up the excellent work!
Although they agreed to remove a charge via email, they went behind my back and charged the insurance. What was once a $0 balance now became $800. I found out through a collection agency. I had no idea.They stopped working with me abruptly because my job changed the insurance. They created a plan that I did not agree to. Then sent it to the insurance. Shady practices here. I keep getting emails for an $800 bill. Such a shame.
If I could give them negative stars I would. They traumatized my son. They use compliance training. They did things behind my back, even after I made very clear I was to be notified in the event there was any issue. Treated my son as if his feelings were invalid by completing dismissing them. He did communicate to them repeatedly the way they taught him to that he had had enough! They not only ignored his request but neglected to call me after my son sobbed inconsolably for an hour!
