Ferhaan of Hybrid Strength is a fantastic trainer, friendly, knowledgeable, knows when to push and when not to. I love the atmosphere of the gym and the fact they have a mix of one on one and group sessions. There's something for everyone regardless of their level of fitness.
The team at Hybrid Strength have helped me reach my goals by making them theirs. They have been there for along the way helping me dig deeper and push further. I know it's been a good session when it ends in silence, completely spent with nothing left not even words. Here's to smashing more goals! Oh yeah goes without saying, great team, great space and all that other stuff 😉
The friendly and professional team at Hybrid Strength Studio go the extra mile every time to make you feel comfortable and confident in the gym. I've achieved a number of PB's while working with Ferhaan and highly recommend the one on one PT sessions if you want long term results. The classes are also a great way to meet new and like minded people and makes it fun to go to the gym!
